Is Stagecoach Transportation: Licensed, Insured & Permitted?
Yes, we comply with Airport, Cruise Port & City Permits. Also carry Commercial Insurance.
Are Fees such: tolls, gas and taxes included?
Yes
Is Gratuity included in the price quoted?
All Quotes and Reservations include a 20% gratuity for the driver. However you can call our office and adjust at your discression.
How do I pay for my Reservation?
We accept most major Credit Cards , Square and Cash
Are ALL Fares in US Dollar?
Yes
Do I need a Credit Card to place my Reservation?
Yes
How far in advance should I reserve?
A 24 Hr notice is preferred. We do accept same day reservations however those are subject to availability.
How long are the quotes good for?
Quotes are good for 10 days.
When will my Credit Card be charged?
The day of service.
Can ST provide child car seat and the cost?
Yes, please notify us when booking your car. No cost to you.
Will my driver assist with my bags?
Yes, If needed.
Do I need to Reconfirm my Arrival or Return Reservation?
You will receive a confirmation via text 24 Hrs prior to your scheduled pickup time. If you don't please call our office 352-854-6642. We also provide email Confirmation of your Reservation(s) at your request.
What if my flight is Early or Late?
We track your ARRIVING flight to insure our driver's on time arrival at the airport. NOTE: if your flight is delayed several hours we will contact you. Service will be re-scheduled and we will do our best to provide your service without affecting other clients with reservations.
What area in the Airport do I meet my Driver?
Orlando Airport : Please follow signs to baggage claim assigned, located 2nd floor, For Terminal A or B as you proceed down the escalators ST driver will be at the “Meet & Greet” holding a sign with your name.
For Terminal C please follow signs to “Meet & Greet” or call ur office and our driver will meet you at baggage claim (belt assigned to your flight).
Orlando Airport does NOT allow our commercial vehicles to do “Curbside Pickups” outside baggage claim/Arrivals ramp.
Tampa Airport: As permitted by this airport we do “Curbside pickup” outside baggage claim, for faster service and to avoid you the walking to the parking lot.
Domestic Arrivals: Driver will be on location 15 min after your flight’s landing time for Orlando Airport. All other airports your driver will be in touch with you.
International Arrivals: Driver will be at airport 30-45min of your flight’s arrival time. This to insure we give you enough time to go thru customs/immigration procedures.
What if I need additional stops or waiting time?

Is there any cancellation fee?
Yes, cancellations within 24 hrs of date of service will have a 20% charge of the fare quoted.How long before my flight departure do I need to be picked up?
